(1) One used ACCUTEK automatic auger filler model 08-500-00, can fill up to 70 jars/bottles per minute depending on product being dispersed and volume of the containers, 30-70 jars per minute, buit 2020, sanitary conveyor. Electrical Requirements: 220v 32amps single phase. Conveyor Electrical Requirements 110v, Clean air is needed from an air compressor to operate pneumatic bottle actuators 90psi @ 1cfm. For us a standard standup air compressor always worked well and we can run two fill lines at once off one large air compressor. |
